About the Role
The Paid Media Specialist role at My Amazon Guy entails developing, implementing, and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, audience targeting, and analytics tools, with the ability to translate marketing goals into effective campaigns that drive measurable results. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to helping clients achieve remarkable sales growth on Amazon.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data, creating detailed reports on campaign performance, and conducting in-depth keyword research and audience targeting. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing objectives and provide input for integrated campaigns and content development.
What You Will Do
- Develop, implement, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns across multiple platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-click
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance, advertising spend, and revenue generation
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to enhance ad relevance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing objectives
- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns
- Test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign outcomes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad performance, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to implement new tools, technologies, and automation processes
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in AdWords, demonstrating proficiency in campaign creation, optimization, and analysis
- Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Paid Search (PPC)
- Google Ads certification is required to validate expertise in the platform
- Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus, offering exposure to diverse client needs and fast-paced project environments
- A dual monitor setup is required, with at least 8GB of RAM and 25 MBPS internet speed
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, analytics tools, and campaign reporting
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adjust and other analytics tools
- Knowledge of Amazon advertising and sales growth strategies
- Familiarity with automation processes and scripting languages
- Experience working in a remote team environment
