You will work closely with the internal team to improve campaign structure, budget allocation, and conversion performance, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. What You Will Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to achieve brand and product objectives.
- Conduct audience research to identify and target relevant audiences across European markets.
- Support product and brand campaign research for European markets, focusing on trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable performance reports to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine campaign strategies, budget allocations, and conversion optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices in paid media, particularly on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor and report on campaign ROI, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and aligned with company objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads, with a deep understanding of campaign structure, conversion tracking, and retargeting.
- Ability to read and interpret campaign data, making practical optimization decisions to improve performance.
- Strong written English skills for report writing and internal communication.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience with eCommerce, retail, lead generation, procurement, or European markets is highly desirable.
- Understanding of A/B testing principles and experience with testing ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Familiarity with tools and software used in paid media management, such as ad management platforms and data analytics tools.
