About the Role
The Paid Media Specialist role at Noventra Group Europe is a remote position that requires a high level of expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating campaign setup, audience research, and market development activities to drive brand growth across European retail and digital channels. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize results.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of campaign structure, conversion tracking, and A/B testing, as well as excellent written English skills for reporting and internal communication. You will be working closely with the internal team to improve campaign structure, budget allocation, and conversion performance, so strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
Noventra Group Europe is a dynamic company that works with selected brands, suppliers, and retail partners across the European market. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be supporting the growth of these partner brands across European retail channels, which requires a deep understanding of the market and its nuances.
What You Will Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive brand visibility and sales
- Conduct audience research to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
- Set up and manage campaign tracking, including conversion tracking and retargeting
- Research competitors and market trends to stay ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve campaign structure, budget allocation, and conversion performance
- Prepare clear and concise performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Test creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign results
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid media and advertising technologies
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, conversion tracking, and A/B testing
- Ability to read campaign data and make practical optimization decisions
- Excellent written English skills for reports and internal communication
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience with eCommerce, retail, lead generation, procurement, or European markets is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with other paid media platforms, such as LinkedIn Ads or Twitter Ads
- Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or Excel
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads
