About the Role
The Paid Media Specialist role at The Digital Ring is a critical position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and communication skills. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns that drive real results for clients. You will work closely with the Account and Project Management teams to determine expectations and deliverables, and ensure that all deadlines are met.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing performance to achieve client goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include campaign setup, budget management, and reporting.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns that drive real results for clients
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Analyze data and provide insights to clients on campaign performance
- Work closely with the Account and Project Management teams to determine expectations and deliverables
- Develop and present strategic advertising road maps to clients
- Manage and report on campaign budgets and performance
- Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to campaigns
- Collaborate with the Copywriting team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in paid media, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Deep understanding of paid media platforms, including campaign setup, budget management, and reporting
- Experience with Google Analytics, and the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio or Tableau
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot campaign issues and implement solutions
- Experience with search engine optimization principles, email marketing, and customer relationship management platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with programmatic advertising and display advertising
- Knowledge of GTM and Looker Studio
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Experience with data management platforms and customer data platforms
