What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to inform optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative, account management, and data analytics efforts
  • Lead campaign management, including budgeting, bidding, and ad targeting
  • Optimize ad performance, including ad copy, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization
  • Drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, including regular reporting and strategy discussions
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, including campaign managers and coordinators
  • Contribute to the development of new business pitches and proposals
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, including training sessions and workshops

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering successful paid media campaigns and driving revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and other paid media channels
  • Strong understanding of campaign management, including budgeting, bidding, and ad targeting
  • Experience with data analytics tools, including Google Analytics and other platforms
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
