About the Role

The Paid Media Strategist role at Power Digital Marketing is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media advertising campaigns for a diverse range of clients. As a key member of the team, the Paid Media Strategist will work closely with account leadership to develop and evolve paid media strategies that drive real results for clients. The Paid Media Strategist will be responsible for managing paid search campaigns across various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes. They will also provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Excel to inform their decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Manage paid search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries
  • Provide daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes to drive campaign performance
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, using tools like Google Analytics and Excel
  • Develop and implement keyword research, ad copy development, and bid optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with account leadership to develop and evolve paid media strategies
  • Communicate effectively with internal agency teams and external clients
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices
  • Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to inform campaign decisions

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on paid media
  • 1+ years of experience in an agency setting
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies and tools, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Programmatic and CTV advertising
  • Knowledge of emerging paid media trends and technologies
  • Certification in Google Ads or Microsoft Ads
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools
