About the Role
The Paid Media Strategist role at Prenuvo is a critical addition to the Growth Marketing team, responsible for managing and optimizing paid social and search campaigns across multiple channels. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will work closely with internal leads to drive customer acquisition through paid media channels. The role entails day-to-day campaign management, including bid and budget optimizations, ad copy and creative asset refreshes, and cross-platform experiments to keep campaigns responsive to performance data and evolving creative direction.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and pivot quickly based on performance insights. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. The Paid Media Strategist will be an embedded member of the Growth Marketing team, collaborating closely with internal leads to manage and optimize day-to-day campaigns for paid social and paid search. They will also work closely with the internal team to refresh ad copy and creative assets, and to execute cross-platform experiments that drive campaign performance.
What You Will Do
- Execute day-to-day campaign management and analysis across paid social and paid search channels
- Manage bid, budget, and audience optimizations to drive campaign performance
- Refresh ad copy and creative assets in collaboration with the internal team
- Implement structured testing frameworks to identify performance drivers and scale winners
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Support the rollout of new channels and campaign types as Prenuvo expands its media mix
- Partner with internal teams on tracking and measurement to ensure high-quality signal input for campaign optimization
- Utilize paid media technology to manage campaigns, bids, and budgets at scale
- Collaborate with internal leads to deliver reports, insights, and recommendations for weekly reviews
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in paid media
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns
- Proven success managing seven-figure monthly budgets and optimizing to CPA and ROAS targets
- Deep proficiency in paid social and paid search, with a strong grasp of campaign structure, automation levers, and creative optimization
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and pivot quickly based on performance insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other paid media tools
- Experience working with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance analysis
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-AOV consumer, healthcare, or wellness categories
- Familiarity with other platforms such as Pinterest, Reddit, and tools like Google Analytics
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
- Certification in Google Ads or other paid media platforms
