What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, copywriting, and account management
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in digital marketing and tech
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
  • Create and present campaign reports and insights to clients and internal teams

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and campaign management
  • Proven track record of driving campaign success and optimizing for better results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and technologies, including Google Ads and Meta
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with campaign management tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Analytics
