About the Role

Punch List Digital is seeking a Paid Search Analyst to develop, manage, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will focus on generating quality leads and delivering measurable outcomes through strategic planning, performance analysis, and effective client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Create and manage targeted paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Utilize multivariate testing (A/B) and data analysis to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Define campaign goals and monitor key performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL) and lead-to-booking conversion
