About the Role
The Paid Search Manager position at Lamark Media is a critical role that involves managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads. This role is pivotal in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and requires a deep understanding of paid media, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management. You will also be tasked with analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimizations to drive better results.
As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will work closely with other specialists to ensure that paid search campaigns are aligned with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms
- Conduct keyword research and develop targeted ad copy to drive conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement bid management strategies to maximize ROI

What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other paid search platforms
- Proven track record of driving campaign performance improvements through optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with campaign management tools and platforms
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms
Nice to Have
