About the Role

As a Paid Search Manager at Jellyfish, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.

The Paid Search Manager role is a critical component of the digital marketing team, and your expertise will play a key role in driving the company's online advertising efforts. You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will be expected to provide regular campaign updates and performance reports.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives
  • Provide regular campaign updates and performance reports to the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Conduct keyword research and develop targeted ad copy to drive conversions
  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in paid search management
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in paid search management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar setting
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and identify areas of improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other paid search platforms
  • Experience with campaign management tools, such as Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Certification in Google Ads or similar paid search platform
