About the Role
The Paid Search & Social Manager will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing a collection of Paid Media accounts for Directive's clients. This involves developing and executing customized client strategies, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and driving referrals through strong client relationships. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are met.The role requires a deep understanding of client positioning and unique value propositions, as well as the ability to create and maintain optimized budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels. With a focus on driving results and measuring success, you will leverage tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Directive is committed to delivering comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enable clients to hit their SQL targets. As a Paid Search & Social Manager, you will be responsible for building strategies for clients each quarter, confirming lead routing is accurate within the CRM, and understanding the value of Programmatic campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts for Directive's clients
- Develop and execute customized client strategies to drive results and measure success
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Drive referrals through strong client relationships and professional networks
- Build strategies for clients each quarter to achieve their marketing goals
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and drive ROI
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within the CRM
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns and leverage them to drive results
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency
- Experience working with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
- Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel
- Ability to drive results and measure success via OCT
- Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- A unique perspective on how to drive value for SaaS clients
