About the Role
The Paid Search Specialist role at Iterable is a critical position within the Global Demand Generation team, focusing on the hands-on execution of search strategy under the strategic direction of the Digital Performance Marketing Manager. This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and operates on EMEA hours while maintaining a consistent communication loop with US-based stakeholders to ensure global alignment. The search landscape is rapidly evolving, with a growing need for experts who understand how search fundamentals translate to emerging AI platforms and the broader Google ecosystem.As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the intent-based pipeline that fuels Iterable's growth across NOAM, EMEA, and ANZ. Your expertise in GA4 and Salesforce will be crucial in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across major global regions. You will work closely with the Director of Global Campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high-level digital goals.
What You Will Do
- Execute the Global SEM Strategy: Build, launch, and manage all paid search campaigns across major global regions to drive high-quality leads and pipeline.
- Master Emerging Search Platforms: Stay at the forefront of the industry, identifying how search fundamentals translate to new platforms like ChatGPT, AI-driven search engines, and other emerging channels.
- Proactive Roadmap Management: Identify new growth opportunities, create project plans, and propose experimental tactics that support high-level digital goals.
- Uncover Insights: Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align paid search strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
- Manage Budgets: Oversee and manage paid search budgets to ensure efficient spend and ROI.
- Conduct A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Report and Analyze Performance: Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance to stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in paid search marketing, preferably with a focus on GA4 and Salesforce.
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
- Strong understanding of search fundamentals, including keywords, headlines, and intent-based targeting.
- Experience with emerging AI platforms and the Google ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
