What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies that meet the company's marketing objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all paid social content is aligned with the company's brand voice and visual identity.
  • Analyze campaign performance using various metrics and tools, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as their respective Ads Managers.
  • Experience with campaign optimization techniques, including but not limited to A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to inform campaign decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite Insights or Sprout Social.
  • Certification in Facebook Ads or Google Analytics is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how paid social fits into the broader marketing mix.
