About the Role

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives
- Create and present campaign reports to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creative and targeting
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in paid social media marketing
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform updates
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
