## About the Role As a Paid Social Marketing Manager at Stripe, you will be at the forefront of driving the company's paid digital marketing efforts, supporting the inbound funnel, and engaging key segments of users. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing scaled digital campaigns, with a relentless focus on user experience and channel optimization. You will be working closely with a cross-functional team, including growth, creative, analytics, and regional marketing, to drive revenue through self-serve and sales motions.

## What You Will Do - Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled paid campaigns to generate and accelerate sales pipeline and overall company revenue.

  • Develop and manage testing agendas and media plans for the program, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement.
  • Drive growth across key metrics, including suspects, MQLs, SQOs, signups, go-lives, pipeline, and revenue, measuring success and optimizing against targets.
  • Support Stripe in building and optimizing its paid program, leveraging knowledge of users, products, and data to create a best-in-class paid program.
  • Report up and out on campaign performance, ensuring relevant stakeholders have visibility into program performance and roadmap.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders on audience management, ensuring the right users are being reached.
  • Lead in analyzing the effectiveness of paid campaigns, shifting spend to deliver more value.
  • Proactively identify areas of weakness in the paid program and develop plans to remedy them.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including campaigns, design, marketing operations, product marketing, analytics and insights, and regional teams.
## What We Are Looking For - 7+ years of work experience, with a strong background in digital marketing.
  • 5+ years of paid digital experience, preferably in paid social, display, and direct response.
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel, with the ability to articulate requirements to analytics, campaigns, sales strategy, and marketing leadership.
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive both strategic and tactical workstreams forward with minimal oversight.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze trends and decipher actionable insights from data.
  • Experience driving experimentation roadmaps to continuously optimize and improve campaigns.
  • User-first sensibility, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
## Nice to Have - Certification in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with other CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of privacy laws and their implications on digital marketing.
