What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and allocate budgets for paid social campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Create and implement ad strategies, including ad copy, targeting, and bidding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in paid social media, applying this knowledge to campaign development and optimization
  • Manage and optimize campaign targeting, including audience segmentation and retargeting
  • Develop and maintain reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, including lead generation and nurturing

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social media management, preferably in a remote or digital marketing agency setting
  • Strong knowledge of paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with ad management tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ads
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with campaign budget management and optimization, including ROI analysis and campaign performance reporting
  • Strong understanding of the current market landscape, including trends and technologies in paid social media

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
