What You Will Do

  • Complete internal and external decorations within housing settings to a high standard

What We Are Looking For

  • Preferably qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
  • Experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant environment
  • Strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills and enjoying working with people
  • Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Basic digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work at heights

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital tools and software to enhance work processes
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety protocols and procedures
  • Certification in first aid or other relevant areas
