About the Role

The Panel Marketing Analyst position at Pulse Labs AI is a unique opportunity to leverage your B2B marketing, outreach, and partnership development skills in the South Korean market. As a key member of the team, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding South Korea-based businesses to participate in Pulse Labs' research and data programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with participating companies, ensuring the successful recruitment and onboarding of businesses that meet study criteria.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with Pulse Labs' global teams to understand research requirements and collaborate on the development of outreach strategies. Your role will involve designing and executing outreach campaigns through various channels, including LinkedIn, founder communities, industry groups, referrals, and direct outreach. Managing follow-ups and nurturing sequences to convert outreach into participation will also be a critical aspect of this position.

Given the global nature of Pulse Labs' operations, you will need to be comfortable communicating with founders, executives, and decision-makers within Korean businesses, as well as collaborating with international teams. This role requires a strong ability to navigate cultural and linguistic nuances, with native-level Korean fluency and professional English proficiency being essential skills.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and recruit South Korea-based businesses to participate in research studies, advisory programs, and data initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach to founders, executives, and decision-makers across startups, SMBs, and enterprises in South Korea.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participating companies.
  • Design and execute outreach campaigns to engage Korean businesses through various channels.
  • Manage follow-ups and nurture sequences to convert outreach into participation.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with potential business participants to assess program fit.
  • Onboard businesses into programs by explaining requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Ensure participating companies clearly understand participation guidelines.
  • Track recruitment pipelines, outreach status, and onboarding progress across internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal research and operations teams to align recruitment with study needs.
  • Manage communications with participating businesses throughout the lifecycle of the program.
  • Identify opportunities to improve outreach efficiency through automation and workflow improvements.
  • Track recruitment performance metrics and continuously refine strategies and messaging.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, growth, recruitment, or related roles.
  • Native-level Korean fluency (written and spoken).
  • Professional fluency in English, for regular collaboration with global Pulse Labs teams.
  • Experience engaging with businesses or senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage outreach pipelines, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
