What You Will Do

  • Offer empathetic guidance to parents, providing listening ears, practical advice, and moral support to navigate the challenges of newborn care.
  • Conduct structured coaching sessions via video or phone calls, focusing on specific parental concerns, goal setting, and the development of actionable plans.
  • Handle parents' queries promptly and efficiently through various communication channels, offering accurate information and reassurance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in early childhood education, pediatric care, or a related field, with a focus on newborn care and development.
  • Additional certifications in parenting coaching or child psychology are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with diverse clientele.
