Job Description

## About the Role As a Part-time Auditor at QIMA, you will play a critical role in supporting the Audit team and ensuring that the company's Ethical and Manufacturing Audit programs meet and exceed client expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve auditing manufacturing sites, reporting findings, and maintaining the utmost integrity in all aspects of your work. You will be working closely with the Audit team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

The success of QIMA's audit programs relies heavily on the ability of its auditors to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a part-time auditor, you will be expected to manage your time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of QIMA's services and the satisfaction of its clients.

In terms of team context, you will be working remotely and collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and locations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as you will be interacting with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

## What You Will Do - Conduct audits of manufacturing sites to evaluate compliance with industry standards and regulations - Identify and document non-conformities and areas for improvement - Develop and implement corrective action plans to address non-conformities - Collaborate with the Audit team to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide training and support to suppliers and manufacturers on audit procedures and industry standards - Manage and maintain accurate records of audit findings and corrective actions - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes to auditing standards - Participate in internal audits and quality control activities - Provide input and feedback on the development of audit protocols and procedures

## What We Are Looking For - Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related major - Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C-TPAT, WRAP, and BSCI - Work experience in 3rd party auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other auditing software - Ability to travel to manufacturing sites for audits (as required)

## Nice to Have - Experience with quality management systems and auditing software - Knowledge of other auditing standards and regulations, such as ISO9001 and OHSAS18001 - Certification in auditing, such as CQA or CIA - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
