About the Role

The part-time client program management and finance analyst position at Unisys is a unique opportunity for individuals with a strong financial background and digital skills to make a significant impact. This role is designed to provide financial support and project management expertise to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of projects and excellent customer service. As a key member of the team, you will be working closely with client stakeholders, Unisys service delivery teams, and other functional representatives to define project scope, sequence, and estimate activity and duration.

Day-to-day, you will be synthesizing diverse sets of information into comprehensive financial reports, estimating budget, cost, and other needs, and facilitating communication for financial reviews with clients and Unisys Service Delivery. Your role will also involve ensuring client needs and expectations are considered and addressed in all project phases, as well as monitoring metrics and reporting on progress, issues, and status. Given the part-time nature of the role, the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain open communication with the team is paramount.

What You Will Do

  • Provide financial invoices and project management support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work with client stakeholders and Unisys service delivery and other functional representatives to define, sequence, and estimate activity and duration
  • Synthesize diverse sets of information into financial reports
  • Estimate budget, cost, and other needs
  • Facilitate communication for financial reviews with the client and Unisys Service Delivery
  • Ensure client needs and expectations are considered and addressed in all project phases
  • Ensure effective cross-functional participation
  • Monitor metrics and report on progress, issues, and status
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to company standards, processes, and policies
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration)
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, project management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial management software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Certification in financial analysis or project management (CFA, PMP)
