What You Will Do
- Manage the day-to-day schedules for the leadership team, ensuring a balanced workload and efficient time management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including 1:1s, board meetings, and partner meetings, and assist with necessary documentation.
- Arrange international and domestic travel and logistics for the leadership team, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Create and maintain internal documentation, sharing knowledge and formatting communications for the leadership team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a strict level of confidentiality.
- Take on special projects such as coordinating team events, off-sites, or community-building activities.
- Anticipate others’ needs and work proactively to address them.
- Manage multiple calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules as needed.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the leadership team.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or equivalent experience.
- Native-level Korean and fluent business-level English communication skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, growing, innovative environment.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to speak to C-level stakeholders.
- High self-motivation, exercising discretion, tact, and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to stay organized and cool under tight deadlines.
- Experience with tools like Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
