Job Description

About the Role

As a Marketing & Growth Executive at RecruitMyMom, you will play a critical role in driving the company's visibility and authority in the market. You will work closely with the Founder to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise in content creation, LinkedIn management, and CRM systems. This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 6-10 hours of work per week, and offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the international investment ecosystem.

The company is a specialized consultancy focused on scaling ambitious tech startups and preparing them for investment and exit. As such, you will be working with a high-profile Founder who has deep experience in scaling and exits. Your role will be to support the Founder in developing and implementing a marketing strategy that drives growth and engagement.

You will be responsible for managing the company's LinkedIn presence, creating and curating high-quality content, and developing and maintaining the CRM database. You will also be responsible for identifying and securing high-impact speaking slots, podcast appearances, and community memberships, as well as conducting market research to support client investment readiness.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and engagement
  • Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, including creating and curating high-quality content
  • Develop and maintain the CRM database, tracking relationships across clients, investors, and specialists
  • Identify and secure high-impact speaking slots, podcast appearances, and community memberships
  • Conduct market research to support client investment readiness
  • Create and update high-quality presentation decks, brochures, and digital sales materials
  • Manage inbound interest, qualify leads, and develop newsletter/email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor platform performance and audience growth, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, investors, and ecosystem partners
  • Develop and implement proactive engagement strategies to reach founders, investors, and ecosystem partners

What We Are Looking For

  • Advanced writing and editing skills, with a flair for business storytelling and a meticulous eye for detail
  • Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn profiles for businesses or high-profile personal brands
  • Ability to take a single piece of long-form content and break it down into multiple high-performing formats
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams, from CRM maintenance to event research
  • Commercially astute, with a proactive mindset that understands the difference between 'vanity metrics' and genuine business opportunities
  • Experience with CRM systems, including implementation and management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Advanced PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with Canva, or similar visual asset creation tools
  • Basic video editing skills, preferably with experience in short-form social content

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience supporting a Founder or a specialized consultancy
  • A foundational understanding of the B2B tech, startup, or venture capital ecosystems
  • Experience with basic video editing for short-form social content
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Calendly
