## About the Role As a part-time nurse practitioner at Calibrate, you will be part of a clinical team dedicated to redefining obesity care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals struggling with weight management. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including coaches and supervising physicians, to deliver personalized treatment plans. With a focus on telehealth, you will utilize digital tools to engage with patients, review progress, and provide ongoing support.

## What You Will Do - Conduct telehealth visits with patients to discuss their progress, address concerns, and provide ongoing support - Review patient intake and develop personalized treatment plans based on Calibrate's clinical protocols - Collaborate with coaches to coordinate care and ensure patients receive comprehensive support - Utilize digital tools to manage daily tasks, patient messages, and lab results - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Calibrate's clinical treatment paradigm and its application in patient care - Engage in regular check-ins with patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Work closely with supervising physicians to ensure compliance with state regulations and collaboration agreements - Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in metabolic health and obesity care - Contribute to the development of Calibrate's clinical protocols and treatment paradigms - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing education and support
## What We Are Looking For - Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialties) - Active, unrestricted license in IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MT, NE, ND, OH, PA, SD, WV, WI, WY - Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience conducting telehealth visits and working in a virtual care setting - Strong understanding of metabolic health and obesity care - Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team - Proficiency in digital tools and electronic health records - Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care - Ability to work 24 hours per week, including afternoon and/or evening hours
## Nice to Have - Prior experience working in obesity care or a related field - Certification in a relevant specialty, such as obesity medicine or nutrition - Experience with lifestyle interventions and behavioral coaching - Familiarity with Calibrate's clinical protocols and treatment paradigms - Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
