About the Role
The Part-time Project Manager position at RecruitMyMom is a critical role that drives project execution and maintains seamless cross-functional alignment within the company. As a seasoned project manager, you will navigate complex corporate landscapes, manage delivery timelines, and keep internal teams and external stakeholders closely aligned to project outcomes. The role is part-time, with a commitment of around 4 hours per day, and offers the opportunity to work remotely.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project governance and planning, stakeholder accountability, risk and delay mitigation, and process optimization. You will work closely with business consultants to ensure multi-faceted change management projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

What You Will Do
- Take full ownership of the overarching project plan, formulating actionable implementation pathways following client and internal consultations.
- Actively manage and chase project contributors, ensuring all internal team members and external stakeholders clear deadlines and understand how their tasks impact overall project deliverables.
- Proactively identify project risks, flag bottlenecks, and report delays to leadership while formulating corrective actions.
- Partner directly with Business Consultants to ensure multi-faceted change management projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Review current consulting operational workflows and suggest structural changes to improve delivery efficiency and internal resource management.
- Maintain internal reporting processes, using technical tools to synthesize updates into clear, visual progress dashboards for executive review.
- Build robust working relationships with external suppliers and develop reliable talent pipelines for freelance resources.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 6+ years of dedicated project management experience, preferably within a business consultancy or corporate environment.
- Proven experience operating within complex corporate structures, with a strong understanding of corporate internal dynamics and high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and auditing operational processes.
- Advanced working knowledge of Monday.com for workflow automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for progress dashboard reporting and data tracking.
Nice to Have
- Experience with change management projects and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of process optimization and operational workflows.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
