Part Time Remote Child and Family Therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) – California Licens

The day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting intake evaluations for new patients and families, providing personalized treatment recommendations, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality, integrated care. What You Will Do

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care
• Lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT)
• Participate in peer consultation groups and receive guidance from ADHD and anxiety experts
• Shape the care model and improve workflows to support high-quality, sustainable care
• Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless administrative support
• Utilize Excel for data management and reporting as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices

What We Are Looking For

• A master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work)
• Current licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
• Experience working in integrated care settings
• Strong clinical skills in ADHD and anxiety assessment and treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Nice to Have

• Experience with parenting groups or family therapy
• Knowledge of current research and best practices in ADHD and anxiety treatment
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities
• Certification in a specialized area (e.g., trauma-informed care)
