As a licensed Child and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in this mission by providing clinical services, including comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments, and leading parenting groups. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, peer consultation, and expert-led clinical guidance.The day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting intake evaluations for new patients and families, providing personalized treatment recommendations, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality, integrated care. What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families
- Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care
- Lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT)
- Participate in peer consultation groups and receive guidance from ADHD and anxiety experts
- Shape the care model and improve workflows to support high-quality, sustainable care
- Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless administrative support
- Utilize Excel for data management and reporting as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices
What We Are Looking For
- A master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work)
- Current licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
- Experience working in integrated care settings
- Strong clinical skills in ADHD and anxiety assessment and treatment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
