As a Part Time Remote Licensed Talk Therapist at Thriveworks, you will play a vital role in providing telehealth sessions to clients across the country. What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based telehealth sessions to clients, focusing on achieving measurable progress.
- Utilize digital skills to manage client relationships and sessions effectively.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage with modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
- Participate in monthly case consultations and live clinical support sessions.
- Contribute to the vibrant online and in-person community of licensed providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client sessions and progress.
- Stay abreast of best practices in telehealth and mental health care.
- Participate in paid orientation and training to ensure competency in Thriveworks' systems and methodologies.
What We Are Looking For
- Independently licensed in your state of residence (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist).
- Consistent availability for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly.
- Experience as a behavioral health generalist, open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Strong commitment to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Confidence in working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to contribute positively to the clinical community.
- Ability to build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn Thriveworks' specific systems and methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telehealth or remote mental health care settings.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and other clinical software.
- Certification in specialized areas of mental health care (e.g., trauma, addiction).
- Experience in clinical leadership or supervision roles.
