About the Role

As a Part-Time Sourcer and Market Researcher at Nova Talent, you will play a vital role in identifying and securing top tech talent for a range of SaaS startups. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping these companies grow and succeed, and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of innovative and dynamic businesses. The role entails working closely with the recruitment team to understand the needs of clients and identifying potential candidates who meet their requirements. The company works with around 20 startups, and most of the work is focused on EPD, from individual contributors to executives, with a smaller proportion of GTM and G&A roles.

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify potential candidates for a range of SaaS startups
  • Utilize your knowledge of the tech industry to uncover hidden gems and bring them to the forefront
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the needs of clients and identify potential candidates
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the tech industry
  • Provide market research and insights to inform recruitment strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Utilize recruitment tools and software to track and manage candidate pipelines
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends
