About the Role
The Partner Account Manager will play a critical role in Voxology's new partner ecosystem, working closely with the largest and most strategic national and regional Value Added Resellers (VARs) in North America. This person will be instrumental in building a new strategic pillar for the company's future success, reporting directly to the Global Vice President of Sales. As the first Partner Account Manager, the successful candidate will deliver strategic business plans and ensure partners are skilled to consult, sell, and deliver CX testing solutions.The role requires limited travel, approximately 2-3 days per week, and will involve working closely with internal peers to develop and execute go-to-market sales motions and advanced business action plans. The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for driving and delivering new logo wins and ARR growth together with strategic partners.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth with strategic partners
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships between Voxology and partner companies
- Define, plan, and execute partner enablement training plans to educate partners on CX testing solutions
- Develop and execute go-to-market sales motions and advanced business action plans
- Work closely with internal peers to drive sales growth and deliver customer outcomes
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the partner business and what drives their success regarding metrics and outcomes
- Demonstrate value by aligning Voxology's value proposition with the partner's strategy and objectives
- Have a maniacal focus on successful customer outcomes through partners
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voxology's technology and value-add
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience combined in a strategic partner sales role and in direct sales in the SaaS industry
- Experience working with large mid-market and enterprise-focused VARs, integrators, MSPs, or GSIs with solid technical and deep CX solutions knowledge
- Experience creating a geographic partner business across levels on a regional or national basis with key players in the industry
- Experience as a quota-carrying seller in partner and direct sales in North America with a successful track record of achieving goals
- Strong understanding of how to create and execute go-to-market strategies with large partner organizations
- Existing C-level relationships with strategic target partners, such as VARs, integrators, and GSIs in North America
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate independently while managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the CX testing space or a related field
- Knowledge of CPaaS, CCaaS, or UCaaS solutions
- Experience with sales process and tools, including CRM management
- Certification in sales or a related field
