About the Role
The Partner Development Manager - Mexico, Remote role at Wildix is a key position that will contribute to the company's expansion in the Latin America region. As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing channel partner relationships, as well as developing new ones. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop co-op marketing campaigns.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales and partner development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with partners. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be comfortable with traveling regularly for business needs.

What You Will Do
- Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly recurring revenue (MRR) objectives
- Provide end-to-end account management, ensuring partners receive the support and resources needed for success
- Offer sales coaching and support, executing aligned sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
- Continually develop, enhance, and execute territory plans to maximize market penetration and partner performance
- Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue
- Identify areas of improvement for partners through gap and SWOT analysis, coordinating resolution activities such as training sessions and cross-departmental consultations
- Monitor and support partner sales activities, including pipeline management and co-op sales processes
- Travel regularly for business needs, including meetings with partners and attendance at industry events
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Wildix's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong partner relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, sales teams, and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a structured and professional manner, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving goals
- Experience with channel sales and partner development, with a strong understanding of the UCaaS market and competitive landscape
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, with the ability to coach and support partners in their sales efforts
- Ability to travel regularly for business needs, with a valid passport and ability to work in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies

- Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners and customers in the region
