About the Role

Supabase is seeking a Partner Development Manager to build and scale its integration partner ecosystem, including AI Builder partnerships. You will own a portfolio of high-impact partners across developer tooling, AI builders, and adjacent infrastructure categories.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic technology and platform partners
  • Develop and execute joint GTM plans with defined KPIs
  • Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
