About the Role
The Partner Development Representative role at Ramp is a critical component of the company's growth strategy, focusing on building and maintaining partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, and advisory practices. This role will be the driving force behind acquiring, reactivating, and qualifying new partners, leveraging GTM strategies and Salesforce expertise to identify and engage potential partners. As a key member of the Advisory and Services channel, the successful candidate will be responsible for holding conversations with senior-level contacts, building relationships, and driving referrals.The role is perfect for someone who is gritty and relentless, with a strong client focus and the ability to credibly hold conversations with partners and managing directors at top-tier firms. With a strong understanding of how consulting and advisory firms serve their clients, the ideal candidate will be able to speak their language and drive meaningful partnerships.

What You Will Do
- Source and qualify new consulting, advisory, and technology partners to drive referral pipeline and commercial value to Ramp
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers by qualifying partner candidates against Ramp's tiering criteria
- Reactivate dormant services partners across Ramp's existing book of consulting, technology, and advisory firms
- Identify and engage system integrators and ERP implementation specialists to build Ramp's productized SI implementation program
- Craft outbound messaging and campaigns tailored to services partner archetypes
- Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data in Salesforce and track pipeline health
- Leverage AI tools and lightweight automations to scale partner outreach and build repeatable workflows
- Develop a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner engagement and activation
What We Are Looking For
- Grit and drive to run a high-volume, high-quality outbound motion against senior contacts
- Executive presence and the ability to hold credible conversations with partners and managing directors
- Deep understanding of how consulting firms go to market and serve CXO-level clients
- Strong client focus and the ability to speak the language of consulting and advisory firms
- Experience with GTM strategies and Salesforce expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI tools and lightweight automations
- Knowledge of the ERP implementation ecosystem, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, and Odoo
- Familiarity with the consulting and advisory firm landscape
- Experience with partner relationship management and sales
