About the Role

The Partner Director GSIs role at Openai is a critical position that will help drive the company's strategic relationships with Global Systems Integrators like Cognizant and Infosys. As a key member of the GTM Partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day partnership execution, building joint go-to-market motions, and enabling field collaboration to drive customer adoption. You will work closely with the Head of GSIs to execute partnership strategies, business plans, and growth initiatives.

The GTM Partnerships team at Openai is a dynamic and cross-functional group that works closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and GTM to deliver strong partner outcomes. As a Partner Director GSIs, you will be the primary point of contact for Cognizant and Infosys, responsible for driving growth, execution, and long-term strategic alignment.

What You Will Do

  • Own the operational and commercial relationship management for Cognizant and Infosys partnerships
  • Partner closely with the Head of GSIs to execute partnership strategies, business plans, and growth initiatives
  • Build and manage joint GTM motions with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams
  • Coordinate closely with partner alliance leaders, solution teams, and delivery organizations to accelerate Openai adoption
  • Support the development of repeatable AI solution offerings, implementation motions, and industry-specific use cases with partner teams
  • Drive field-level collaboration between Openai sellers and partner account teams
  • Establish strong operating cadence across internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Security, Legal, and Commercial teams to support partner-led customer engagements
  • Help enable partner organizations through training, readiness programs, certifications, and solution alignment
  • Monitor partnership performance against defined goals and KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive improvements
  • Represent Openai in executive and customer-facing engagements alongside partner stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • Significant experience managing strategic alliances, GSI partnerships, or enterprise ecosystem partnerships
  • Strong understanding of GTM motions, field collaboration, and customer adoption
  • Excellent executive communication skills, operational discipline, and ability to navigate complex enterprise ecosystems
  • Experience working with large consulting and transformation organizations globally
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to manage complex data sets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
