About the Role
The Partner - Impact Consulting role at Arthan's Give Grants is a highly entrepreneurial position that requires a unique blend of strategy consulting, CSR, and social impact expertise. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, designing future offerings, and delivering high-quality engagements. You will also be a visible public face of Give Grants, owning thought leadership initiatives and positioning the organization as a leading voice in the development sector.The role entails working closely with grant makers to identify pain points, develop effective solutions, and take them to market. You will be responsible for initiating new relationships with potential clients, driving growth within these relationships, and delivering high-quality engagements. Your expertise in strategy consulting, CSR, and social impact will be essential in conceptualizing and managing programs that deliver sustained impact.
Give Grants is a leading contributor within the development sector, especially within the CSR ecosystem. The organization has established itself as a trusted partner for corporations and foundations, providing end-to-end extended CSR teams, program management units, and comprehensive SaaS platforms for grant management, monitoring, and evaluation.
What You Will Do
- Initiate new relationships with potential clients and drive growth within these relationships
- Engage with grant makers to identify pain points, develop effective solutions, and take them to market
- Take ownership for high-quality delivery of engagements, including strategy formulation, program management, and operational support
- Hire, train, and build strong teams while establishing a culture aligned with Give Grants' values
- Position Give Grants as a thought leader through research, convenings, and more
- Actively contribute to, and lead, strategic decisions for the future of Give Grants
- Develop and manage programs that deliver sustained impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the organization's services
What We Are Looking For
- 15 to 25 years of work experience, with a strong academic and professional track record
- Past success in owning revenue growth, margins, and people leadership responsibilities
- Ability to initiate relationships with leaders and senior executives at large corporations and institutions
- Experience in strategy consulting, CSR, or social impact consulting
- Domain expertise in education, health, livelihoods, or sustainability
- Strong academic background, with a degree from a reputable institution
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stretch environment
Nice to Have
- Stints at tier 1 consulting firms, large corporations, or leading development sector organizations
- CSR leadership roles or experience in social impact consulting
