About the Role

The Partner Lead role at Imprint is a high-impact position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and operational expertise. As a key member of the commercial partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven insights. Your day-to-day activities will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing complex data sets, and developing solutions to drive revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Own day-to-day workstream coordination, system accuracy, and weekly reporting for assigned partnerships
  • Provide analytical and operational support to the General Manager, including preparation of MBR and QBR materials
  • Develop and drive solutions that account for the specific unit economics of each partnership, with a clear line of sight to P&L impact
  • Identify issues within partnership data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & Risk, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Engineering & Product, and Marketing to move initiatives forward
  • Define problems clearly, identify solutions, and execute with urgency in an ambiguous environment
  • Build net-new processes that improve the operational efficiency and commercial outcomes of the team
  • Escalate risks proactively and prioritize effectively across competing workstreams

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a high-growth technology or financial services environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex data sets, identify root causes, and quantify P&L impact
  • Clear, direct communicator who can drive conversations and hold the room at the executive level
  • Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to define problems, structure solutions, and execute across multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making progress without complete information
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the fintech or payments industry
  • Knowledge of co-branded credit card programs and modern payment solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and embedded finance
  • Certification in data analysis or project management, such as Certified Data Analyst or Agile Certified Practitioner
