The Partner Marketing Manager, Platforms role at Stripe is a unique opportunity to design, build, and operate scaled partner programs that drive growth and engagement across the platform partner ecosystem. The Partner Marketing Manager, Platforms role reports to a senior leader in the marketing organization and will have significant visibility and impact across the company. You will be expected to work closely with other teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure that partner marketing programs are aligned with overall business objectives.
What You Will Do
- Design and scale partner program benefits, including growth advisory workshops and market development funds
- Drive platform engagement through scaled channels, working closely with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage market development funds, including investment criteria, allocation frameworks, utilization tracking, and reporting
- Lead cross-functional program execution, ensuring that program benefits are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Listen and translate partner needs, using data and insights to inform program design and optimization
- Define success metrics for each program benefit and build measurement infrastructure to track partner engagement and growth outcomes
- Build and maintain feedback loops between field teams and the programs function to continuously surface and action partner needs
- Partner with the platform audience marketer to build journeys that connect platforms with the right benefits
- Own the budget for scaled MDF benefits across the platform partner ecosystem, ensuring effective utilization and ROI
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, platform marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and executing scaled partner programs that drive growth and engagement
- Strong understanding of platform partner needs and the ability to translate these needs into program benefits
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to use data to inform program design and optimization
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Knowledge of the financial infrastructure and payments industry
