About the Role
The Partner Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth at Acquia. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize business operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business systems management, sales operations, and process improvement, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.As a key member of the partner operations team, the Partner Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing strategic recommendations to drive business growth. This will involve working with a range of stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams, to ensure that business operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
The Partner Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing and maintaining various business systems and tools, including Salesforce and Excel. This will involve ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date, and that systems are optimized for maximum efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and strategic growth
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business operations with company goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain various business systems and tools, including Salesforce and Excel
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with partners and customers to ensure that business operations are aligned with their needs and expectations
- Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and reduce costs, and develop and implement projects to achieve these goals
- Own the maintenance of different partner operations tools and systems, and lead the mapping of partner operations processes to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning
- Aid in the management of the Partner Portal, Salesforce, and other tools used as part of the Partner Program
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business systems management, sales operations, process improvement, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Excel, as well as other business systems and tools
- Experience with process improvement and project management, with the ability to develop and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong team-work, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Suite and other cloud-based productivity tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing and paid media, with an understanding of the role of partner operations in driving business growth
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to develop and maintain complex data sets and analytics
- Certification in a related field, such as business operations or process improvement
- Experience working in a global company with employees located in more than 30 countries
