About the Role

Webflow is seeking a Partner Platforms Manager, AI to design and own the systems orchestration layer that enables a scalable partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Define partner lifecycle state, eligibility, compliance, and decision logic across systems
  • Develop scalable, AI-assisted workflows to support onboarding, eligibility enforcement, routing, attribution, and financially sensitive processes
  • Collaborate with Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, and Marketing Operations to ensure seamless integration

Requirements

  • Experience with GTM strategies and systems orchestration
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system boundaries
