About the Role

The Partner Sales Manager role at Fivetran is a unique opportunity to drive business growth through co-selling with Systems Integration partners. As a key member of the Alliances team, you will facilitate sales engagements across partners, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and sales strategy to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working closely with partner managers to understand co-sell processes, identifying opportunities to improve support and scale, and connecting with partner sales counterparts to secure account discussions.

You will be working in a collaborative, hybrid environment with some days spent in the office and others remotely, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your work.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, maintain, and execute processes to support Fivetran sales teams in co-selling alongside Systems Integration partners
  • Work with Systems Integration Partner Managers to understand co-sell processes specific to each partner and identify ways to improve support and scale
  • Proactively identify top accounts and customers for Fivetran sales teams to partner with at the Systems Integration partners
  • Facilitate and secure account discussions with partner sales counterparts
  • Define, maintain, and improve co-sell operational components, including sales-facing resources, system automation, and analytical insights
  • Connect the dots between Fivetran sales and partner sales teams to ensure solution selling and delivery of a delightful customer experience
  • Utilize primary tools and technologies such as partner sales portals, Salesforce, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in co-selling and sales strategy

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in sales management, preferably in a tech or software sales environment
  • Strong understanding of co-selling strategies and partner sales processes
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales situations and develop effective solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus

  • Experience working with Systems Integration partners or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of data integration and management principles
  • Certification in sales management or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
