Job Description

About the Role

As a Partner Solutions Architect at Hypatos, you will be at the forefront of shaping the company's partner delivery function. This pivotal role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaborative spirit. Day-to-day, you will work closely with partners to identify and address technical gaps, designing and implementing frameworks that enable seamless integrations. Your primary focus will be on building the foundations for scalable, high-quality implementations that empower partners to deliver exceptional results independently.

The role is deeply embedded within the organization, working directly with Solution Architects and technical leads from Big 4 and SI partners. This collaboration will involve running architecture reviews, validating implementation approaches, and elevating the technical bar. However, the ultimate goal is not to perpetually oversee every project but to create the technical infrastructure that allows partners to flourish without constant supervision.

What You Will Do

  • Get hands-on with partner-led implementations to identify recurring technical gaps and understand where standards need to be developed.
  • Design and own the partner technical framework, including reference architectures, implementation standards, and quality checklists.
  • Recommend and implement enablement programs for partner solution architects, including clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead architecture reviews and technical quality checks, aiming to transition these responsibilities to partners over time.
  • Develop workshops and best-practice documentation to scale delivery quality across the network.
  • Feed field insights back into product and professional services teams to continuously improve standards and address systemic gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and guidelines for partner implementations.
  • Provide direct, constructive feedback to senior partner resources and translate this feedback into repeatable processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering, with a focus on AP automation, finance transformation, or ERP ecosystems.
  • A builder mentality, with a proven ability to create structure and operate effectively in environments with limited precedent.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and reviewing end-to-end solution architectures in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of AP, finance, or GBS processes, with SAP or ERP integration experience being a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and senior business audiences.
  • Experience working with or within Big 4, global SI, or consulting partner environments.
  • Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback to senior partner resources and turning that feedback into actionable processes.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages, especially German, is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and their integration with other business applications.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and their application in software implementation projects.
  • Certification in solution architecture or a related field.

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive market compensation.
  • Unlimited vacation days to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • Professional development activities to support continuous learning and growth.
  • Meal allowance and access to sporting activities to promote well-being.
  • Free beers and a hybrid working mode that blends flexibility with collaboration.
  • The opportunity to be part of a diverse and inclusive environment that values personal and professional growth.
  • Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to excel in your role.
  • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the company's growth.

How to Stand Out

  • Ensure your resume and cover letter highlight specific examples of technical framework design and implementation, particularly in partner or collaborative environments.
  • Prepare to discuss your experience with enterprise software implementation and your understanding of AP, finance, or GBS processes.
  • Develop a portfolio or be ready to talk through your approach to solution architecture, including how you handle complex technical gaps and systemic challenges.
  • Practice articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, as this is a key skill for success in this role.
  • Research Hypatos and its commitment to diversity and inclusion to understand the company culture and how you can contribute to it.
  • Be prepared to negotiation your salary based on your experience and the current market standards for similar positions.
