Job Description

About the Role

The Partner Success Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships between sports clubs and Playtomic. As a primary point of contact, you will be responsible for driving engagement with our platform, conducting regular business reviews, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with the Regional Director and be part of a wider team of Partner Strategic Consultants, each managing their own region.

The success of our partner clubs is crucial to our business, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support. If you have a strong background in key account management, sales, or customer success, and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the role for you.

Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

What You Will Do

  • Build long-term relationships with our top partner clubs through proactive and regular communication
  • Support the needs of our partner clubs and drive engagement with our platform
  • Conduct weekly and monthly business reviews with partner clubs
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Onboard new partner clubs to our platform and provide them with the necessary tools and information to start working
  • Conduct demo calls with new prospects and reduce partner churn
  • Analyze the needs of churned and inactive partners and develop action plans for reactivation
  • Travel up to 15% to visit partner clubs for face-to-face meetings across Germany
  • Maintain a close relationship with partner clubs and be their preferred point of contact

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years of work experience in key account management, sales, or customer success roles
  • Experience in the padel industry (preferred)
  • German native or fluent proficiency / professional fluency in English (business level)
  • Knowledge of the padel industry and sports digitalization
  • Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with HubSpot (preferred)
  • Racket sports lover (a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with sports clubs or organizations
  • Knowledge of the German market and sports industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
