About the Role
The Partner Technical Architect position at Salesforce is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about AI, engineering, and customer success. As a key member of the Agentforce team, you will work closely with top SI partners to develop and deploy production-grade Agentforce solutions. Your primary goal will be to turn ambiguous enterprise AI problems into working solutions, reference implementations, and evaluation harnesses.The role requires a deep understanding of AI, engineering, and customer success, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be working directly with Partner FDEs to design, develop, and deploy Agentforce solutions, and will be responsible for coaching and guiding them through the process.

What You Will Do
- Prototype quickly to validate ideas and expose platform gaps
- Build reference implementations, starter kits, demos, field kits, and evaluation harnesses for partners
- Convert field lessons into durable, reusable assets such as code, diagrams, checklists, and decision trees
- Review partner Agentforce architectures for agent design, retrieval strategy, tooling, guardrails, observability, cost, security, and production readiness
- Coach Partner FDEs and architects through design clinics, office hours, portfolio reviews, and targeted technical walkthroughs
- Translate recurring field blockers into clear product and engineering feedback
- Help partners connect technical architecture choices to delivery quality, customer outcomes, and consumption economics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for Agentforce solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for Agentforce solutions
What We Are Looking For
- Strong engineering judgment and applied AI fluency

- Experience with software development, testing, and deployment
