About the Role

Lokalise is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Partnership Manager to help scale its growing partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is energized by building relationships that translate directly into commercial impact, joint value, and new business opportunities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and onboarding high-potential solutions and agency partners globally.

The Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in driving co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners to generate pipeline and revenue impact. This is a highly commercial, hands-on role that requires a proactive, resourceful, and self-starting mindset. You will be expected to take ownership, create momentum, and turn opportunities into tangible business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new solutions and agency partners across EMEA and the US
  • Build joint value propositions with partners that drive mutual growth and customer success
  • Generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through proactive business development
  • Drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with technology partners
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to support pipeline generation and active deals
  • Map key decision-makers and champions within each partner to unlock high-impact opportunities
  • Maintain regular, structured engagement with partners across their sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Attend key industry events and conferences to build relationships and source new opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the partner ecosystem and drive commercial growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Partnerships and/or Sales within a B2B SaaS environment, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • Proven track record of recruiting and scaling partners (solutions and agencies is a plus), with a highly commercial, opportunity-driven mindset and focus on generating new business
  • Experience building joint go-to-market plans and executing co-sell motions with partners
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build genuine, long-term relationships
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset, with the ability to create structure and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate contracts

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI-powered localization platforms or similar technology
  • Knowledge of the localization industry and its trends
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools
  • Certification in sales or marketing, such as CRS or CMS
