About the Role

The Partnership Manager role at Optimizee Group is a critical component of the company's growth strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate and business partners. This will involve developing and maintaining long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate partnerships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

As a Partnership Manager, you will be working closely with the Partnerships Lead, Content Manager, and other key stakeholders to achieve business objectives. What You Will Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and business partners, focusing on retention, upsells, and long-term relationships
  • Identify and onboard new partners through outbound outreach and relationship-building
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements, including rev share, CPA, and hybrid structures
  • Review and improve partner contracts and commercial terms, such as T&Cs, IOs, and affiliate agreements
  • Respond to inbound leads, clients, and partner requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Track, submit, and analyze lead and sales performance metrics using tools like HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Support commercial operations, including order handling, content coordination, and invoicing
  • Represent the company during annual business trips and industry events
  • Develop and implement workflows, deadlines, and routines to ensure efficient partnership management
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience managing affiliate partners and/or a portfolio of client accounts
  • Proven experience reviewing and negotiating partnership contracts and commercial terms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with outbound email outreach using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Familiarity with FinTech or affiliate marketing industries

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo
  • Knowledge of performance-driven marketing and affiliate marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field
