What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners, ensuring proactive communication and timely resolution of inquiries
  • Coordinate support requests and facilitate smooth collaboration across internal teams
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and analyze competitor partnerships
  • Assist in building targeted partner prospect lists aligned with strategic objectives
  • Manage onboarding processes for new partners, providing resources, tools, and training to set them up for success
  • Monitor key partner metrics, including lead generation, revenue contribution, and engagement levels
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to evaluate KPIs and uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement joint campaigns, aligning goals and tracking performance to maximize mutual benefits
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of partnership activities, agreements, and metrics in the CRM system
  • Account mapping: collaborate with partners to identify high-potential accounts and coordinate joint sales opportunities
  • Co-selling strategies: support the sales team by facilitating partner training, aligning strategies, and tracking co-selling outcomes
  • Co-marketing support: partner with marketing to create joint collateral, case studies, and lead generation campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data analysis tools
