About the Role

As a Partnerships Executive at Intelehealth, Inc., you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining partnerships with NGOs and other stakeholders to drive the company's mission of improving healthcare access in underserved regions. Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying and developing opportunities for introducing Intelehealth, Inc. to new partners, maintaining existing relationships, and creating evidence-based resources to communicate the company's value proposition. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people globally.

The Partnerships Executive role is a critical component of Intelehealth, Inc.'s strategy to expand its reach and impact. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships will be essential in driving the company's success.

The company's innovative technology platform enables health organizations to set up high-quality primary healthcare programs, connecting patients in remote and rural communities to doctors. What You Will Do

  • Identify and develop opportunities for introducing Intelehealth, Inc. to new partners, including NGOs and other stakeholders
  • Maintain existing relationships with partners, including institutions in health and the public health community
  • Develop proposals, create evidence-based resources, and communicate about Intelehealth, Inc. to senior management officials in NGOs
  • Maintain documentation of meetings and communications between Intelehealth, Inc. and its partners
  • Actively participate in team calls or meetings to discuss partnership strategies and progress
  • Strategically identify and develop key NGO relationships that support the advocacy strategies of Intelehealth, Inc.
  • Develop and implement NGO partnership strategies that align with the overall objectives of Intelehealth, Inc.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities for partnerships, including implementation partners and funders
  • Increase the value of current partners while attracting new ones
  • Develop quotes and proposals for partners and funders

What We Are Looking For

  • A background in public health, public policy, or social entrepreneurship, with a Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with government or managing partnerships
  • Proven ability to manage professional relationships and work under pressure
  • Proven experience in the development sector, civic tech, B2G sales, particularly in global health
  • Experience working with remote team members and independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively on multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially relating to partnership management and professional fluency in English
  • Committed to achieving results and proven perseverance to reach goals
  • Willingness to travel around 40% of the time, including within the base location
