Job Description

About the Role

The Partnerships Manager role at AllCares is a key position that involves building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic and referral partners. As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new partnership opportunities within the affiliate and iGaming ecosystem. You will also be required to maintain and actively manage a database of partners and potential clients. The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador, representing AllCares at industry conferences and events across Europe.

The role entails a significant amount of travel, with regular trips to industry events in London, Malta, Barcelona, Rome, and other destinations. You will be working closely with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and long-term collaboration. Your excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, will be essential in helping partners and clients understand how AllCares can support their growth and business goals.

As a Partnerships Manager, you will be part of a supportive and ambitious Business Development team that wants to grow with you. What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and referral partners
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the affiliate and iGaming ecosystem
  • Maintain and actively manage a database of partners and potential clients
  • Travel to industry conferences and events across Europe
  • Organize and attend in-person meetings with existing and potential clients
  • Represent AllCares as a brand ambassador
  • Help partners and clients understand how AllCares can support their growth and business goals
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and long-term collaboration
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong network across the iGaming industry
  • Experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or business development
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships and expand partner networks
  • Comfortable traveling and meeting clients in person or at industry events and conferences
  • Proactive and capable of managing an active partner and client base
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
