## About the Role Whatnot is seeking a Partnerships Manager to focus on growing the seller communities as the company launches into Japan. ## Responsibilities - Build and grow the seller community by sourcing and reaching out to potential sellers - Leverage social media, outbound channels, and in-person events to attract sellers - Partner with top sellers and strategic partners to build big businesses on Whatnot - Educate and coach sellers on growing their businesses on the platform - Organize and execute on-app events to boost brand awareness and attract more buyers ## Requirements - Strong digital skills and understanding of the Japanese market - Ability to work independently and drive strategic projects - Experience in building and maintaining strong partnerships
