About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical companies to navigate the medication access process
  • Manage sensitive health data with precision, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
  • Communicate with patients to guide them through the medication access process, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Proactively contact healthcare providers to obtain and maintain current prescriptions, ensuring timely access to medications
  • Resolve issues that may arise during the medication access process, such as insurance denials or medication shortages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
  • Utilize digital tools and systems to manage patient data, track progress, and analyze trends
  • Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous growth and development
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and outcomes

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health (Medical Technology, Biology, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust with patients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a remote setting, with a dedicated home office and reliable internet connection
  • Proficiency in digital tools and systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient-facing role
